Bio
Terese, and her husband Deron, have been attending Calvary Community Church since 2020 and are active, valued members of our congregation.
Terese started out her career in Missions. After serving the Lord faithfully in numerous foreign mission fields, she was called to serve God through education. Her Educational Leadership degrees are from Drake University and her portfolio outlines her exciting journey. She has started a successful school in Michigan, she has been a Teacher, Principal, and School Superintendent in Iowa.
Terese also served the Iowa Department of Education as an Educational Consultant to intervene and prevent Bullying-Harassment. From this work, Terese started a company Restoring Student Wellness: Intervention & Investigation. Creating safe climates and cultures is her passion for teachers, students and families.
