Admissions Process
If you are interested in enrolling your child at Calvary Christian Academy for the 2025/2026 school year, please complete the Application form.
Mission Assessment
At CCA, we believe “Parents are the Pride of their Children” (Proverbs 17:6) and are foundational for student achievement and spiritual growth. After completing the application form, you will be contacted by Terese Jurgensen, the Director of Calvary Christian Academy via email to schedule a phone conversation.
The purpose of the phone call is to get to know you and your children’s educational needs and answer any questions you may have. If both parties are in agreement, a tour of the school (preferably during school hours) will be scheduled.
During the tour parents/caregivers will have the opportunity to witness daily operations of our teachers and students, see our beautiful facilities, discuss tuition agreements and most importantly discuss our Mission Statement which is foundational to the academy.
The Mission Assessment consists of the following:
- Have a clear testimony of a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and be prepared to share it with an Admission personnel
- Be a member of or regularly worshiping in a local Bible-believing church
- Affirm the school’s Statement of Faith
- Not participating in practices that would be considered illegal or considered by the school as immoral or inconsistent with a positive Christian lifestyle
- Support the philosophy, vision and mission of the school and adhere to policies and procedures of the school
Depending on the outcome of the tour, eligible students will be invited to spend a full school day at the academy. This is a great opportunity for both the parents, the student and the academy to further determine school placement.
Once CCA is agreed upon by both the academy and the parents, the enrollment fee of $100 dollars per child is required to reserve a spot for the upcoming school year. Once paid, an NWEA-MAPs screener will be scheduled to determine student academic strengths and needs.
